This website presents my photography services. I keep it accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not an offer: services, availability and prices are confirmed individually, in writing.
You may browse the website, share links to its pages and view the photographs for your own personal use. You may not copy, bulk-download, alter or reuse its content, or use the website in a way that harms it or other people.
The photographs and texts on this website are protected by intellectual property law. Unless a photograph is credited to someone else, it is my work and all rights are reserved. Nothing may be reproduced, published or otherwise used — including to train AI systems — without my written permission.
Photographs credited to other photographers remain their work and are shown with their permission.
People appear on this website only with their consent. If you appear in a photograph and would like it taken down, tell me and I will remove it.
A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the details in writing — date, place, coverage and price — and any agreed deposit has been paid.
A hold placed in the availability calendar keeps a date or time for you for 72 hours while we talk. It is not a booking and costs nothing; if it is not confirmed, it is released automatically.
The written booking agreement sets out what is included, when and how the photographs are delivered, payment, cancellation and rescheduling, and how you may use the photographs. Where it differs from this page, the booking agreement applies.
This website links to Instagram, WhatsApp and the websites of partners. I am not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
I take care that the website works and that its content is correct, but I cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and European law.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of the place where you live.
